The latest episode of Late Nite JengaJam, "I Am Jengaship" is not up yet. I'm working with Talkshoe to get this resolved.

This week, we get into the head of Jengaship, or J.G. Edathil if you prefer. More accurately, BigNiceJohn Lebow does this, as the special guest host this week. Late Nite JengaJam's host sits in the guest chair to answer your questions about podcasting, red vs blue, comics, real estate, eastern rite catholicism, whatever!
And, this will be the first time that ShoePhone is available. Sure, you could always call in at
1-724-444-7444
Dial 6748#
Then your Talkshoe Pin to get in,
but the ShoePhone app, you can just click a couple of buttons in the Talkshoe.com Live client and use your mic instead! Less dialing, m0ar phun!
Got a question for Jengaship? Ask it here, or back at my RedVsBlue profile. Plus, you can always interact with other listeners in the Talkshoe Live! Chat Room. What happens there, um, stays there. Heh Heh Heh.
Show kicks off at 10:30 PM with "This Week in Geek", read as always by the lovely OboeCrazy. If you're Kardiez, you already know you can send her geek news items to read live on the air. Heck, I'm generous. If you don't want to own up to your status, ask for it to be sent anonymously.
And remember, the comments contests is still on. Best comment on this blog for any post gets 5 minutes on the air that they control or where I will read ANYTHING they ask me to. ANYTHING, dudes.

Late Nite JengaJam Primer
Welcome to those of you who've heard of the show from Wizard World Philly and Heroes Con in Charlotte!
If you're checking out the show for the first time, I recommend you give a listen to the following shows in particular.
Episode 13: Nico Suave. Interview with the frontman of the Boston-area band Trocadero, about how a cool cat like him ended up making music for machinima...and loving every second of it.
Episode 22: Breeden Interest in The Devil's Panties. Jennie Breeden, who is awesome, btw, joined us for a particularly awesome JengaJam about conventions, pirates, but not satanic porn. Necessarily.
Episdoe 23: First Degree Burnie Burns. Burnie talked a great deal about the machinima series he helped create, a certain Red vs. Blue: The Blood Gulch Chronicles, as well as the community that's grown around it.
Episode 25: Halo With Finch. Our Episode with FinchLynch, creator of the webseries PNCILS, was recorded while we were both playing Halo online. Kind of like "Fishing With John", but with less Jim Jarmusch.
The Steffasaurus Tapes. A not-so-blatant ripoff of Wordballoon's Bendis Tapes, but with an actress/model/dinosaur. She breaks hearts and I make fun of her fans. Four volumes to choose from. Pick any from the badge.
Also, while you're here, why not check out my RedVsBlue.com profile? I'm known around those parts as "Jengaship".
Thanks for checking out the show. I hope to talk to you soon!

Ben Bowman Tirades! (EPISODE 29)

Thursday nights at 10:30 are an excellent time for Late Nite JengaJam!
This Thursday, we delve into a not-so-well traveled road in American Politics. Ben Bowman, known better here as Tirade, is the host of the Talkshoe series Top of Center. The show posits the question of why Americans have to be pigeonholed into categories as narrow as "liberal" or "conservative". Would we be better off with less government than we have now? Is either party really championing that? We delve deep into the world of Libertarianism and the coming federal election cycle.
Yeah, I may have to bring my thinking cap for this one.
Questions for Ben? I know I've got a few, but if you have some, too...
1) Post 'Em Here!

The New Home of Late Nite JengaJam
If it's Thursday at 10:30 PM Eastern, it's got to be Late Nite JengaJam!
Our humble podcast, hosted and recorded by the good folks at talkshoe.com, talks to the people of the internet--musicians, directors, machinimators, actors, models, gamers, cartoonists, bloggers---several of whom happen to have roots to this site right here.
What are the base elements of a JengaJam?
1) Drinking
2) "This Week in Geek": News you can actually use, done by OboeCrazy. Every JengaJam starts with this.
3) An interview with a guest or a panel discussion on topics ranging from politics to professional wrestling (which are oddly similar)
4) Your calls and questions! We're a call-in show. To participate, set up a free account at talkshoe.com, then:
CALL: 1-724-444-7444
DIAL: 6478#
DIAL: Your free talkshoe.com PIN
AND YOU'RE IN!
After months of using my Red Vs. Blue profile to advertise the JengaJams, I've decided to test the waters for a seperate site in hopes of expanding the audience a bit, but also to retake my RVB profile. Links to JengaJams past and promos for future jams will be posted here!
Check back tommorrow for the promo for next week's guest, Ben Bowman.
